We’re Alive: Descendants – Season 2

Synopsis

Nearly twenty years after the outbreak, the world has changed. Humanity survived, rebuilt, and learned to live alongside the threat of the infected. But the infected have changed too.

Season 2 of *We’re Alive: Descendants* follows Nicholas Tink and the next generation of survivors as they venture beyond the relative safety of Westport and into a country that has grown increasingly divided. Different communities have found their own ways to survive, while new breeds of infected have adapted to the environments around them.

At the same time, Vera is pulled deeper into the Families, a secretive organization whose history reaches back long before the outbreak. What she discovers connects the conflicts of the present to people and decisions made decades earlier.

As Nick, Vera, Alex, Dot and the others are pulled in different directions, their separate journeys begin to reveal pieces of a much larger picture. The infected aren't simply surviving. They're organizing, changing, and spreading in ways no one fully understands.

*Descendants* Season 2 expands the world of *We’re Alive* beyond the places and people that survived the original outbreak, exploring what came afterward, what was inherited by the next generation, and what has been growing in the spaces humanity left behind.
