Peachtree Village International Film Festival (PVIFF) is searching for talented actors ready to step into the spotlight for the PVIFF 26 Monologue Competition!
Whether you're an emerging actor looking for your big break or a seasoned performer ready to showcase your talent, this competition gives you the opportunity to perform, gain exposure in front of entertainment industry professionals, and compete for the title of PVIFF Best Actor.
The competition will feature Actor, Director and Acting Coach Carl Gilliard along with Special Guest Industry Judges.
ROUND 1 OF 2
Wednesday, September 23rd | 7:00 PM
Each actor will have up to TWO MINUTES to perform a monologue of their choice before a panel of entertainment industry experts.
Actors will be evaluated on performance, character development, emotional connection, delivery, creativity and overall command of the stage. The judges will determine which contestants advance to Round 2.

OUT-OF-TOWN ACTORS CAN COMPETE VIRTUALLY!
You don't have to be in Atlanta to enter!
Out-of-town talent may participate virtually by submitting a recorded monologue of up to two minutes for consideration in Round 1.
- Register for the PVIFF 26 Monologue Competition.
- Record your monologue of choice. Your performance must be two minutes or less.
- Upload your video to a platform where it can be viewed through a shareable link.
- Email your video link to info@pviffatl.com.
Virtual contestants will be judged alongside the in-person talent by the industry judging panel.
ROUND 2 — THE AUDIENCE GETS A VOTE!
The competition gets even more exciting in Round 2.
Finalists will once again perform before industry experts, but this time the audience will also have an opportunity to weigh in on the vote!
The combination of industry judging and audience participation will help determine the competition's Top 3 Actors.
THE TOP 3 WIN VIP ACCESS TO PVIFF!
The Top 3 finalists will EACH receive TWO VIP Tickets to PVIFF 26, giving them an opportunity to experience the festival as VIP guests while networking and connecting with filmmakers, actors, producers, casting professionals and other entertainment industry leaders.
But only ONE will take the crown.
The official winner will be announced during the PVIFF Awards Ceremony on Sunday, November 8th, where they will be recognized and officially crowned PVIFF Best Actor!
